Resources & Referrals

Resources & Referrals

At Wild Rose Integrative Health, we believe good behavioral health care includes helping people connect with the right level of support, even when that service is outside our office.

Our clinicians provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services and coordinate referrals when clients need services outside our scope, including psychiatric medication management, crisis and emergency services, and hospitalization or a higher level of care.

The resources below are available to clients, families, and community members throughout Madison County and Southwest Montana.

:: Psychiatric Medication & Higher Levels of Care ::

Wild Rose Integrative Health provides outpatient behavioral health treatment. We do not provide psychiatric medication prescribing, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, or 24-hour crisis services onsite.

Psychiatric Medication ManagementClients who need psychiatric medication evaluation, prescribing, or ongoing medication management may be referred to Madison Valley Medical Center or another appropriate medical or psychiatric provider based on clinical need, availability, insurance coverage, location, and client preference.

Your Wild Rose clinician can coordinate with outside medical or psychiatric providers when clinically appropriate and with appropriate authorization.

:: Hospitalization & Higher Levels of Care ::

If outpatient therapy is not sufficient to safely meet a client's needs, a clinician may recommend emergency evaluation, stabilization, inpatient hospitalization, or another appropriate level of behavioral health care.

Madison Valley Medical Center Emergency Department may be used for local emergency evaluation and stabilization. When inpatient psychiatric treatment or another specialized level of care is needed, clients may be referred or transferred to an appropriate regional facility.

Wild Rose clinicians will make reasonable efforts to support continuity of outpatient care following hospitalization or other higher-level treatment when appropriate.

When clinically appropriate, our clinicians can assist with referrals, coordinate care with outside providers, and follow up to support continuity of treatment.
