The mental health therapists at Wild Rose Integrative Health honor the emotional, social, physical, spiritual, historical, and intellectual aspects of a person while emphasizing the mind-body connection of every individual.
As professional counselors and integrative mental health providers, we utilize a cognitive "top down" approach along with a somatic body-based "bottom up" approach to address the many different factors that impact human mental health and wellness.
By learning to regulate your nervous system during times of stress, challenging old thinking patterns, and by integrating holistic mind-body methods into the overall treatment plan, we will implement a more comprehensive approach to healing which, in the end, is more effective in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Wild Rose Integrative Health provides outpatient assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy for substance use disorders as part of our comprehensive behavioral health services. Treatment is individualized and may include assessment of substance use and related mental health concerns, treatment planning, evidence-based psychotherapy, relapse-prevention and recovery support, and care coordination or referral when additional services or a higher level of care are needed.
Wild Rose Integrative Health does not provide medical detoxification, inpatient substance use treatment, opioid treatment program (OTP) services, or medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) onsite. When these or other specialized services are clinically indicated, clinicians assist clients with appropriate referrals and coordination of care.

Comprehensive Behavioral Health Care
Wild Rose Integrative Health provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services, including screening and assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, care coordination, consultation, and case management. When a client needs services outside the scope of our practice, including psychiatric medication management, crisis or emergency services, or hospitalization/higher levels of care, our clinicians assist with appropriate referrals and follow-up to support continuity of care.
