:: Insurance ::
Wild Rose Integrative Health works with a variety of commercial insurance plans. Insurance participation may vary by provider and service.
Insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We encourage clients to contact their insurance carrier prior to beginning services to verify behavioral health benefits, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, authorization requirements, and provider network status.
When Wild Rose Integrative Health is contracted with your insurance plan, claims will be submitted and patient responsibility will be determined according to the terms of your insurance plan and our contractual obligations with the insurance carrier.

:: Self-Pay Service ::
Self-pay options are available for clients who do not have insurance, choose not to use insurance, or receive a service that is not covered by their insurance plan.

:: Financial Assistance & Sliding Fee Discount ::
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
Wild Rose Integrative Health participates in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and maintains a Sliding Fee Discount Program for eligible patients. Eligibility for the program is based on family size and household income in accordance with current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Patients who would like to be considered for a sliding fee discount may request an application from our office. Documentation of income may be required to determine eligibility.
For patients with health insurance, Wild Rose Integrative Health must also comply with applicable insurance requirements and contractual obligations. Our office can help determine how the Sliding Fee Discount Program may apply to your individual circumstances.

Clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to pay for their care have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during your care.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill under federal law.
Additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act is available through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
