Stephanie is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (provisionally licensed) based in Ennis, Montana. After nearly a decade of experience supporting youth and families in Alaska, she returned home to serve children, teens, parents, and families in the Madison Valley and beyond.
Stephanie brings a compassionate, creative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She enjoys helping young people and families navigate life’s challenges, including emotional regulation, behavior concerns, family transitions, and strengthening connection between caregivers and children.
Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Sandplay Therapy, Stephanie tailors her work to each individual’s needs, making space for growth that feels safe and empowering.
She also offers family therapy and parent support, including strategies grounded in attachment, communication, and emotional regulation.
When she’s not in session, Stephanie loves spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Linda and Gus, bringing that same sense of calm and connection into her therapeutic work.
Stephanie is currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions and welcomes families of all ages
