I work with folks who’ve been through tough times and are ready to take back the reins of their lives. My practice is rooted in the belief that, no matter where we come from or what we’ve been through, we all have the grit and resilience to face life head-on. Using trauma-focused therapies like EMDR, along with a foundation in transpersonal psychology, I help people tap into their inner strength, heal from the past, and move forward with purpose.

Growing up on a cattle ranch in Ennis, Montana, I understand the value of hard work, perseverance, and a no-nonsense approach to life. My therapy style reflects that—straightforward, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on what works for you, blending tools like mindfulness, DBT, and equine-assisted therapy to help you build the life you want.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a Licensed School Counselor (LSC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with additional certifications in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Babywearing Education. Over the years, I’ve worked as a school counselor, a child and family therapist in community mental health, and now in private practice. My background also includes extensive training in trauma neurobiology, EMDR, mindfulness, attachment theory, Collaborative Problem Solving, and more. I also provide clinical supervision and serve as adjunct faculty at Montana State University in the counseling department.

When I’m not working, I’m living the Montana life—hiking, skiing, horseback riding, or tending to my garden and animals. I believe the connection we have to the land, the animals, and each other plays a big role in healing, and I bring that philosophy into my work. Whether you’re a rancher, a teacher, a parent, or anything in between, I’m here to help you tackle life’s challenges with courage and determination. Let’s get to work.
